Tri-Wall China's Network

Tri-Wall China's Network

Expansion of China Network

  • China's remarkable growth is well documented, and many manufacturers such as automotive, machine tooling, and electronics are building formidable operations there. This expansion of production will be followed closely by the urgent need for packaging and other services related to the flow of goods. Tri-Wall is on target to have 50 satellite operations in place throughout China by 2010.

Quality & Mobility

  • Each Fabricator is equipped to respond to customers' needs quickly and efficiently - whether it be for one box or a thousand - offering packaging designs that emphasize reduction in space requirements, shipping weight, labor, total costs, and environmental impact and creating a truly modern, rationalized approach to packaging and logistics solutions.

Cost Competitiveness

  • In parallel with the expansion of the Fabricator Network, Tri-Wall established its own corrugating production plants in Changzhou (2004) and Fuzhou (2005). Localizing production and minimizing reliance on imported materials has greatly enhanced cost competitiveness. This has also led to stabilization of supply, timely delivery, and ultimately to increased customer satisfaction and confidence.
  • Tri-Wall's network in China will not only accelerate the growth of its core packaging related business, but will give a framework from which to launch new business opportunities.
