  • configurations Most people are aware that conventional corrugated fiberboard is a paper-based construction consisting of corrugated "medium", sandwiched between layers of flat linerboard. The most commonly used corrugated board configurations are: single-wall, double-wall, and triple-wall.
  • Tri-Wall and Bi-Wall board differ from conventional corrugated board in several key aspects:
  • Thickness: Bi-Wall 10mm, Tri-Wall 15mm.
  • Use of virgin pulp paper.
  • Weather resistant
  • Key physical indicators such as strength, edge crush, puncture, etc., must conform to various military and civilian regulatory agency standards. Examples: IATA, UFC, Rule41, Item 222.
